Fat Burning Exercises For Women

Cutting extra weight through fat burning exercises is not  everyone’s cup of tea. It requires a lot of determination, hard work and patience in order to achieve the desirable results. However, with a good attitude and determination, this is always possible and attainable for all body types. Most fat burning workouts for women are always universal. Meaning they can work for everybody. However, it is always advisable that an individual choose the routine that they feel most comfortable with and does not make them strain too much.

The first and most common fat burning exercise for women is a brisk walk. This normally gets the heart and the entire body warmed up pretty fast. This can be done either in the gym or  at home. The only real requirement for this exercise is a comfortable pair of shoes.

Another effective fat burning exercise for women is bosu burpie push ups. This works out the chest and the core muscles. It requires an individual to place the bosu on the floor with the dome side facing downwards, with their feet hip width apart; they should squat, lean forward and get hold of the edge of bosu. This is then followed by jumping the feet up into the plank position and straightening the arms. They may also do a few pushups using the bosu.

Another fat burning exercise that has been successful for women is the mountain climber. This is very effective in working out the triceps, the core, shoulders and the lower parts of the body. It involves moving an individual’s body into push up position and placing the arms shoulder width apart. The right knee should be driven towards the chest while keeping the left leg straight behind. While doing all this, the right thigh should always remain parallel to the ground. Keeping the hands on the floor, they should keep on cycling the legs one at a time. If this is done for about five cycles, it can be very effective in burning unwanted fat.

The best thing with most of these fat burning exercises is that one can always make a circuit  routine out of them making the training more fun and enjoyable. This will most definitely lead to the desired results within a very short duration of time. The key is to work out the entire body. It will not be possible to get toned thighs if an individual does not perform back and chest exercises for instance. This is because the whole body requires balance and good health in order to burn off excess fat. It’s also advisable to maintain a balanced diet during workouts to enable an individual to burn off the fat in a healthy way.
